NNDR

This dataset contains all current Non Domestic Rating Assessments.  The dataset represents a snapshot in time and is published on a monthly basis for the previous month. 

Each assessment includes the following information:

Parish
Ratepayer's name
Assessment address
Rateable value
Property description.
Liability start date
Relief type awarded
Mandatory and Discretionary relief percentages and award date
Empty property indicator and start date
Annual debit
Exemption type, start and end dates
Property reference number
Report extract date
